Yoga

If you have never experienced Forrest Yoga, you are in for a treat. It will feel challenging, but also very supportive to your body. You will feel like you are nurturting yourself in a healing way, while gaining strength and flexibility safely. This style of yoga is made for any-BODY and will help you feel a connection to your breath and awareness in your body that will brighten your spirit. Every class is designed for the students in it. Accommodations can be made for any challenge you may face. There is a place for you in this yoga.
