Beginning a family - whether in the planning stages or there is already a baby on the way - can be a time of great inspiration for living a healthier life. The effort you put in now will pay dividends on the effect it has on the health of your children.
 
There are many things that can be done to support the whole process, from supporting conception to getting your baby started on the best foods for healthy development.
 
Whether you are in the beginning stages or you already have a family, you may be in a place where you are concerned about your family's eating habits and how it might be affecting your children. 
 
If any of this strikes home for you, my in-home "Family Health First" program may be perfect for you. I will come in and assess the situation, provide feedback and make suggestions for how to shift habits.
 
Depending on the situation, I can work with the whole family to provide inspiration and make becoming healthier fun and yummy!
